According to the Account Manager that’s the date, they all came out on 15th for this seasons ticket as well.

At last home match we were talking about it and out of 6 people I was the only person who had email from them Nee idea what’s happening then haha

No mail for me either, although I was showing as being in a big negative balance on the Ticket Account Credit Balance in personal details in the ticket account…..but that’s now zero!

I'm hoping some incompetence has worked in our favour for a change. They have renewed us all but forgot to charge us

They sent me an invoice inside 24 hours. Still, at least I can be sure that's paid.

It's simply because I pay in full. I wouldn't trust the club ever to get a DD right.

And if you want to leave you have to zip wire from black cats house to ticket office naked to cancel.
Then you're banned for 15 years
