Ballard

See this is what I disagree with. If something is a red card offence in a Wolves v Sunderland game because it is the "letter of the law", then it should be a red card in a Man City v Arsenal game.....hate all this "he used common sense because it was a big game" bollocks.
it either is or it isn't

Isn't a player who has long hair, especially if it is braided into many strands that hang down his back, seeking an unfair advantage over players he faces. Every time there is an arial challenge the other player involved is at a disadvantage because he faces a 3 game ban and a sending off if he so much as touches the opponents hair. How is that fair. If you want to keep this rule then players should be told no hair below the collar.

There are many football fans who feel that VAR should be thrown out of the window and never heard of again. It is ruining football.

Only saw the highlights but I personally thought Ballard's sending off was harsh and proved pivotal which was a shame as we started well. Wolves were very poor and we would have beaten them had it not been for a silly red card.

Michael Keane makes potentially leg breaking challenge, is given a yellow card and VAR clears red card while Ballard accidentally pulls 2 strands of dreadlocks and received a red card and a 3 match ban. Calvert Lewin in the fa cup semi final was let go after a VAR check i believe as well. Consistently inconsistent.
It says absolutely everything when the Championship tell VAR to fuck off. Every game now that has it is forensically analysed and football is starting to lose all semblance of unpredictable authenticity.

What was shaping out to be a good game over the weekend was spoiled only 24 minutes in.

It should only be used for goals offsides and penalty’s that’s it if a ref can’t see something in the middle of the pitch that’s supposed to be violent conduct then it can’t be that bad they never really used to get many tackles and stuff wrong before using just their eyes

Yes, yellow card for improper dress when taking the field, should be under a hairnet or one of them skull caps.
If hair is referenced in the rules and contributes towards red cards then aye its an unfair advantage.

Similar tactic with those anti-drone covers on tanks. How about a rule that's called no grabbing hold of the opponent?

What is more frustrating than the actual card is the 3 match ban. He’s one of the players we could least afford to lose for a the final few games.

mukiele and aldarete in the middle. reinaldo and hume full backs.

its still a very good back 4.

o'nien, cirkin and geertruida as cover for all four positions

It's also wrong that the player with braided strands can flick them into the other players face.
