2.5 seconds is huge though, I don't think anyone else managed to undercut with that amount of time today

I’ve just had another look at this. Kimi was 1.9 behind when he pitted and had a 0.6 quicker pit stop than Lando so gaining just over a second on brand new tyres isn’t that bad in all fairness.

It wasn't on until 7 and it's only day 1 of 2... so I stuck with the race

Credit where it's due, it was entertaining and the racing was relatively authentic, by recent standards.

I’m not a fan of the circuit.

The racing was fairly eventful but the speed differentials are still apparent when drivers have extra battery.

It’s not my type of racing and, I never thought I would do this but, I agree with Max.

I think he will quit F1 and I think Lewis might go too.

Lewis is never going to get that 8th world title he was so unjustly cheated out of.

They will have had to study the final timings and then calculate the penalty so it made no difference what so ever.
