Spot on.I presumed from the commentary it was done petulantly and deliberately. Having seen the clip, I'm amazed a referee can look back at that and say it's violent conduct. But this is the clown on VAR last week for Mukiele's "foul"
Disagree with that completely.I didn't say he was, I said pulling shirts wasn't allowed. Bottom line, like it or not, silly decision by Ballard and he got a red card
It should be tied around their neck until they pass out.Players should be forced to tie their hair up. There is so much grappling going and players trying to retain balance that grabbing hanging hair is bound to happen inadvertently.,
And some on here too.I presumed from the commentary it was done petulantly and deliberately. Having seen the clip, I'm amazed a referee can look back at that and say it's violent conduct. But this is the clown on VAR last week for Mukiele's "foul"
Spot on. We either need to stamp out shirt pulling completely (we really should), or accept that players who have long hair might end up with some pulled if it is down over their shirts. We can't have a situation where a long haired player can pull a short haired player all over by the shirt, but as soon as the other gives as good as he is getting, he is sent off and suspended for 3 games.problem is the shirt is a legitimate pull or at least accepted, however long hair over shirt in the middle of a tackle how can you say its deliberate. Its an easy red card like the keeper is an easy timeout. I expect dark arts teams to have extensions over the summer break![]()
Maybe they'll use some nice smelling conditioner to seduce players into having a grab?
We cant seem to win a 50 50 tackleMatter of time until we're punished
Not with this c##t of a refereeIs that not a booking!’ Studs up!!
