If a player with dreads hits someone in the eye with their hair, surely that’s a red card for violent conduct due to this utterly stupid rule

Seen the video and had pic sent to me looks like Ballard trying to grab his shirt but seeming though the Wolves player has Predator hair .Ballard unfortunately grabs some but not enough for the prick to wither around like he has been shot.
 
The game's gone if that's a red. No way is that violent conduct, he accidentally grabs his hair when going for the shirt. Red for anyone up against a long haired defender if that's the rule
 
Not a chance was that violent conduct, he's watching the ball as the player is backing into him and is grabbing his shirt. Having long hair will naturally get caught up in people's hands when they're tussling for the ball.
 
On review I think his hair tangled his fingers, looked to hurt them too ... red card Wolves.
