Burnley, Wolves, Tottenham

He's a young lad FFS but you know better than people who have seen him play all the time, he's not the same type of player
His stats are horrendous. I honestly couldn't believe how poor they were. Xhaka making 50 odd successful tackles and Gray 11! For those stats to be equal per minutes Xhaka would only be making about 15!

Why compared both totally different players you will be comparing rodri with Bruno Fernandes next

Archie Gray is not an attacking player. Neither is Xhaka. As more defensive players they should be doing a reasonable amount of defensive work. Gray isn't. At all.

Anyway you won't back down so that's my last post.
.
Trai Hume:

Nearly twice the minutes. Nearly 6 times the tackles!

I’ll repeat what I said a few weeks ago on a similar thread…..

“Anyone who says that Kulusevski, Gray, and Moore don’t have the potential to be great signings for us is just being a little pig headed. Kulusevski’s injury this season is one of the main reasons Spurs are where they are. Gray is still only 20 years old and has been their best player this season by a country mile, carrying them on his own at times, plus he’s a local lad (Durham). Whilst Moore has had a cracking season for Rangers and is younger than Riggy.”

They do indeed. I’m relatively confident in my belief that Zian Flemming won’t be one of them.
The people who don’t rate these lads are the same who think Onien and Rigg are world beaters.

Everyone laughs at Spurs - and rightly so - but it can’t be denied they’ve had horrendous luck with injuries

Is it not partly their ground? I was reading an article, which was about the nfl rather than football, but it was talking about how moveable pitch doesnt have as much give so it can damage your knees if you are running and twisting at high speed. Spurs have such a pitch I believe.

No idea 🤷‍♂️
Interesting pitch

Our model won’t work with overpriced English players. We are on the edge next year could be great but easily we could be crap. 29 points from our last 25 games. It’s staying up but or doesn’t take much to be in a relegation fight.

In the wrong order.
Wolves, Burnley and Spurs.
Wolves, league champions 1959, the last dregs of their famous side of the fifties, fast wingers, direct attacking and European nights under the Molineux lights: Burnley, league champions 1960, bolshie butcher Bob Lord, Harry Pott's inheritance of Alan Brown's youth policy and guile of Jimmy Adamson (no introductions necessary) : glory, glory, hallelujah, Spurs, double winners in 1961, who almost came a cropper at Roker.
How the mighty are fallen. Rejoice ! Till the End.

.
Maxim Esteve
Mateus Fernandes
Mateus Mane
Crisencio Summerville
Not sure about Esteve but the other 3 look quality. Fernandes looks great every time I see the Hammers. Would cost a fortune though. Destined for a Champions League team him. Nobody from Spurs as they seem over paid and gutless. I'd test the waters on Bowen if they went down but he'd probably say no chance.
