Next weekend:
if Spurs (vs. Villa), West Ham (vs. Brentford), Forest (vs. Chelsea) and Leeds (vs. Burnley) all win, and the Visitors lose their match vs Brighton,
then the table would look like this
14. Leeds 43 points
15. Forest 42 points (superior GD because of 5-0 win over us)
16. Visitors 42 points
17. West Ham 39 points
18. Spurs 37 points
Hope so…would love it if we could pick up Mateus FernandesWest Ham are down, Brentford away and Arsenal to play in the next two fixtures.
West Ham have proper ruined their club and it’s beyond me why they didn’t seek to extend Upton or at the very least, follow Bob Murray’s example of how to make the transition as painless as possible. They’ve absolutely totally ruined the soul and passion that club had. As much as I dislike Leeds for example I can’t imagine them not playing at elland road. It’s so sad seeing all these hubs of English football sold off and flattened to make way for soulless “emptyhad” bowlsFrankly I detest that pint sized porn peddler and his plastisized side kick that have ‘run’ WHU into the ground. Whatever happened to the funds from Upton Park?
The Rort that is the Olympic stadium rental beggars belief but hey ho it was a Tory govt at the time. They are now joined by the Czech cut throat who is taking the scalpel to out post service . God only know what he will do to WHU when short@rse does one
At least Spurs have a semblance of propriety ( not a lot ) in comparison in their posh seats
It's a bit easier building on an old pit in Sunderland than having to buy land in London mind.West Ham have proper ruined their club and it’s beyond me why they didn’t seek to extend Upton or at the very least, follow Bob Murray’s example of how to make the transition as painless as possible. Ironically so many fans rile at foreign owners especially yanks but it was English owners ( Sullivan at WHU ) and Ridsdale at Leeds that pillaged their respective clubsWest Ham have proper ruined their club and it’s beyond me why they didn’t seek to extend Upton or at the very least, follow Bob Murray’s example of how to make the transition as painless as possible. Was talking to a lad at work about the footy and West Ham came up. Said he knows a West Ham supporter and apparently they hate the new ground.West Ham have proper ruined their club and it’s beyond me why they didn’t seek to extend Upton or at the very least, follow Bob Murray’s example of how to make the transition as painless as possible. He tried to stand up and do a few runs on the sidelines and fell over almost immediately. Looks like some kind of ligament thing as that’s usually symptomatic of an ACL - minimal actual pain due to the adrenaline but just cannot support yourself. Didn’t actually get as far as the pitch, but the medical staff were still poor for letting him even weight bear on it - was fairly clear from first glance he was fuckedXavi Simons out for the season, out for the world cup.
I was only half watching but didn't he play on for a bit after getting assessed? Seemed mental at the time, and even more mental now.
No shit. The most widely reported fact in football history probably. Was talking to a lad at work about the footy and West Ham came up. Said he knows a West Ham supporter and apparently they hate the new ground.
Exactly this - if they were 3 points worse off then absolutely they’d be under the pump but there’s no chance they don’t get another point and tbh 42 should be alright. There's next to no chance the mags even get into the discussion for relegation unfortunately. Leeds still having Spurs and West Ham to play means it still goes upto them imo.
Yeah I occasionally see some vlogs by a West Ham fan on my feeds and they all absolutely hate the new groundWas talking to a lad at work about the footy and West Ham came up. Said he knows a West Ham supporter and apparently they hate the new ground.
I’d still rather have a chairman like Ridsdale than the Saudis tbhIronically so many fans rile at foreign owners especially yanks but it was English owners ( Sullivan at WHU ) and Ridsdale at Leeds that pillaged their respective clubs
Leeds could be clear of the mags by then. They're only 2 points behind them.Spurs’ last 4 are Villa away, Leeds home, Chelsea away & Everton home.
That Leeds game is so crucial.
Wouldn’t surprise me if they go above Newcastle after this weekend.Leeds could be clear of the mags by then. They're only 2 points behind them.
