Potentially 11 Teams

Could qualify for Europe this year from the Prem.

But based on the current Top 5, Man City winning the FA CUp, Villa Winning their Eueo Cup, Palace Winning theirs it would be 9 Teams

Shame we didn't beat Villa to make it harder for them to finish top 4.

Wouldn't Chelsea winning the FA Cup and finishing top 7 move the Conference down a place? It's still too early for me with that what ifs and buts as owt could happen but 7th is Conference at the moment and will probably end up 8th at least IMO.

Only if Chelsea beat Southampton in the final. If they get city it doesn’t matter who wins it

Aye it was more the OP only said Man City winning the FA Cup, rather than if Man City or Chelsea win the FA Cup. Ideally both being in the final would be good for our European hopes but for footys sake I'd rather see a Southampton v Leeds final if it wasn't.

Palace, Forest and Leeds winning trophies doesn't effect us positively. They would qualify for the next season and only less places would be allocated via the league.

Obviously we want Man City winning the cup and Villa winning in Europe to (potentially) bring the bar down lower for us. I couldn't give a shite how many teams qualify as long as we are one of them.

I dont remember there being that much disappointment when we missed out on Europe on goal difference (I think) under Peter Reid.

Maybe I've erased it.

As much as I naturally want us to finish as high as possible I must admit I am worried that our squad depth is t ready for Europe. Am I right am I wrong.
Conference League we'd be fine, me and you could probably do a job in the group stage.

Champions League we'd be fine, the income is enough to allow you to fill out the squad. I know it's unlikely but 6th would get it if Villa win Europa and finish 5th.

Europa League we'd have to play a strong team to be competitive and wouldn't really be that financially beneficial. That said it'd be big name teams we'd have a good chance of beating, might be the most enjoyable.

But give me any of the three. A deep run in Europe and scraping survival next season, sign me up.
