Season ticket waiting list

So I quaified for phase 1 but its not letting me see tickets?

I only needed one for my niece like but I wonder if her being under 18 and there being no seats directly next to us is why none are showing?

Edit Ah if U8 is sold out guess it's try again next year

Hotel california, you can check in but never leave, but if you do try, ticket office will make it as awkward a task as possible.
Woulda been a pretty simple way for the ticket office to get a few brownie points back but not to be it seems.
So looks like rawas appeal for help was just met with computer says no

Weird you can get on but others can't

No way L10, U10 and U11 can be sold out though at about 530 was loads of singles.

Yet you can only buy in SEC with a junior seat also purchased. Who's buying a ticket for a kid without an adult sat next to them.

Unless loads of teenagers have bought individual seats

I bought one and the club confirmed I was phase 1.

Now it won't let get past a message saying I need to join a waitlist

I clicked off and tried to get back on, I'm now shut off like yous...

Not to be alarmist but something is surely gone wrong. There's no way you take the tickets off sale on the first evening of your 48hr window unless something has.

It's very strange. I logged on after 5 to see if I had access and I was able to select seats.

Logged back on now I have time to look properly and it says soldout and to join waiting list.

The chances of me getting 2 seats together were probably slim anyway.

There was actually a lot of 2,3 and 4s available in the NWU in P14, P1 and P2.

Granted they were quite far back.

It feels like something has gone wrong and they've been taken off sale.

When I bought the tickets I allocated one to my wife at full price mine was over 65 price. But when I was going through the buyer process before I allocated one to the wife I don't think it was going to stop me buyer 2

Cheers for that mate. I've been trying but I must be in phase 2, even though I registered myself on the waiting list last year.

Yet again shambles of a process. I really hope Kyril comes out and lets people know it will be sorted moving forward

I think there's an issue

I could see the map for a while after buying mine. Now just says for me they are sold out and to join waiting list.

So you may well be on phase 1.
 
There's 92 tickets left at 20.15 mostly singles but there's a few pairs near the pitch and a few pairs at the back of the Concourse in P1 and P2
22 in U, 56 in L and 14 in P
