Direct debit plans available for existing season ticket holders .

New season ticket holder is offered a different contract which requires payment up front.

Quite simple to understand really.

Wouldn't surprise me if they've fucked up and tickets that shouldn't have gone on sale have.

Few have said it's let them buy more than one on their own customer number and wouldn't let them to assign to another number.

I don’t recall having the opportunity to allocate the second ticket to my wife. Normally, when I buy matchday tickets it will not let me proceed until each ticket is allocated. I have emailed them through ‘submit a request’

Just re-reading their waiting list email:

Due to the high level of demand, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate requests for more than two tickets and payment needs to be made in full. Please note that all supporters must hold a valid Supporter ID, and there is a strict limit of one season ticket per supporter ID.

So in theory people should have been able to buy 2 tickets, but they shouldn't have been able to assign them both to the same supporter ID.

SNAFU.
 
I guess it sold out quickly. I've been on the waiting list since July. I don't want one but I thought I would check to see what was available but there's nowt.

i take it you and your son are both full paying adults then?

I had the opportunity to specify two over 65 tickets but do not recall an opportunity to enter my wife’s number

So after you selected the two tickets and went through to the bit where you can choose if adult, under 22 etc. there was a small pencil you could click to change assignment. I only know this cos I was holding two if my brother had fucked up paying for the other two and could see you could do this. But you're right it shouldn't of mattered, cos it shouldn't of let you proceed.

We've also submitted a request - seems there's a few of us. I'd hope they're sensible and just reassign them for us. They can even varify the person you're trying to assign it to was in the right phase if they need to.

There wasn't an email.

There's defs been some issue. I kept looking to see how they were selling.

Pretty much every block had seats available then 5 mins later most blocks were sold out.

Despite the SEC being only singles and you can't buy one in there unless buying a junior ticket.

Now you can't even get onto the page.
