It was out yesterday, Copley?
I would second that.
If you find yourself going down that route then the support you'll get from many people on here and beyond, financial, moral and emotional, will be significant.
It depends what you're after of course (and as the poster to whom I'm replying suggests, you don't seem the sort to want anything other than common sense to prevail and your ban to be rescinded).
But make no mistake, the very last thing the club and its leadership wants is for this to go to court. It would be highly embarrassing, a PR disaster and set them back considerably in their stated vision, especially when the national press starts to run the story.
Even if their position was upheld they would be shamed publicly. It's a lose-lose for them.
So just to point out you're holding very good cards. And are surrounded by good people who, if you were to take such action, would support you all the way.
The club might not care, we do.
Doesn’t happen. Read it on here. Got abuse for it on here too etc etc…………There's loads we know of going today who hardly have any Bcps and using other supporters details.
After the pic of P on train to match was on twitter I got a message off a mate asking why banned.
He goes everywhere with his team in the PL and is in a whatsapp group with people who share tickets with other fans. The club banned him. However, after outcry from other bans the ban was rescinded. Shows its a club decision rather than PL.
The ban has been rescinded?
Think he went down & watched it in a pub. Was still helping out other fans with the trains at the weekend I believe. The ban has been rescinded?

Yes. At another established PL club the ban was rescinded.No. The poster's mate had his ban rescinded by his club. Or at least that's how I'm readng it.
That's true.Think he went down & watched it in a pub. Was still helping out other fans with the trains at the weekend I believe.

He sounds a top bloke. I really hope his ban is lifted and loyalty points reinstated, we can’t be banning fans like this surely.Think he went down & watched it in a pub. Was still helping out other fans with the trains at the weekend I believe.
