Luke O'Nien

I think he's useful to have around the camp and on the bench as he's versatile (as well as being home grown). The issue is he isn't good enough to be starting regularly in this league.

Exactly right mate. It’s common sense if we have better options they should be starting, why he persisted is beyond me.
Manager likes to be a clever dick & show who is in charge.

Remember last season playing atrocious sides at home and he kept persisting with 3 Centre Mids which cost us a load of points iirc.

Getting beat by Watkins off the ball isn’t the most unexpected thing in the world, but he got away so clean that he wasn’t even touched as the ball came in. Falling so weakly in front of Abraham when he had help from Hume is the one I can’t understand

Had a good game today.
He did some good things certainly but the difference at this level is intelligence, anticipation and the ability to be in the right place at the right time. This is where he struggled today and what sets him apart from true premier league level players.
Still love him though.

Shouldn’t have been in the first XI today. It’s one thing playing him during an injury crisis, quite another when we have two better players than him sat on the bench.

Was at fault for 3 of the goals man. Absolute joke.
