O'Nien has done the best he can but today has clearly shown he's nowhere near this level. I'd add in one or two others who don't look this level - Reinildo and Diarra. Villa are a good side but we need eleven players able to compete at this level and a few just aren't. The obvious thing was to put Mukiele at CB and Hume at RB but I think Le Bris, understandably likes Mukiele's attacking threat.
