It’s all knee-jerk, as usual, particularly like his substitution being called for because he isn’t a ‘1 in 3 PL striker’ . Get him, Roefs and Mukiele off now!

We are playing ok (maybe a bit lethargic) but I feel Villa are our kryptonite, good on the wings, pacey, bigger, hence we are not doing as much pressing . They give zero f##ks that we are blocking the centre of the pitch. Think both Enzo and Riggy have failed to support their fullback at times. I don't think it's fair to single out 09 for the goals myself.

Everyone loves 09 but we have to recognise he’s not up to it in the Prem.

Love him and he does have his moments but we should not be starting him ahead of Ballard when available, both those goals arguably do not happen with Ballard on the pitch.

Villa are a good team aren't they. Very threatening down the wings and getting some good balls into the box.

That said, I'd say we've at least matched them here. The press has been excellent and causing a few problems.

You can put whatever spin you like on it, but it's just a good game with two good teams having a go at it.
