Id die a happy man if I got to watch us play in Europe just once .

Couldn't give a fuck about not being ready blah blah blah , life is short . We could miss out on Europe AND get relegated next season, just take it when you can

We can add to the squad over the summer. We can play the likes of O’Nien , Mayenda, Rigg in Europe and even if we didn’t we haven’t played in Europe in my lifetime. I want us to play at the best level we can, I can live with a relegation to the championship if that’s the price to pay

Up to seven English clubs could qualify if Liverpool win the Champions League and either

or Nottingham Forest take the Europa League without qualifying via their league position. Crystal Palace, who face Fiorentina on Thursday, are among the Europa Conference League favorites and could earn an extra Europa League spot.

I agree with earlier comments. There is an argument to say we aren't ready for Europe etc *BUT* we might never have another season like this one. Nothing is set in stone so if we get the chance we have to take it.

3 wins (maybe even 2) as well as 1 or 2 draws from the last lot of games and we are there imho. If we lose 4 games we won't but but but but

Luke O'Nien's the lucky charm. He's next stop is CL... its gotta be haha

I agree with 80% of that but someone on this forum proved "Mackem" was used in the 1930's to describe someone from Sunderland. There was a cartoon in a local newspaper referencing Mackems to prove it, like you I thought it was a 1980's thing.
Mags are Novocastrians, Sunderland are Mackems, we are all Geordies.
 
According to an article on the BBC web site if Liverpool win the Champions League and finish 5 th in the Premier League then the team finishing 6th in the Prem gets a spot in the Champions League. Unfortunately they are 2-0 down to PSG.

Would have been good to play Chelsea last game of the season for 6th place.😉
