SAFC - Fan Ban & Ticket Cancellations

I missed boro and hull a couple of times- once due to a massive fuck up by ticket office for hull opening on wrong phase.

I lose 25 or something in the summer so back to the 50odds. I’ll be doing less next season as seen some of the grounds loads now. I think it’s been a hard season for those trying to get in but next season I think we will have a few lower point brackets getting in instead as novelty is worn off- also we probably thought this was a one season wonder so crammed in as many as possible!
I have pretty much done every game. Missed Burnley away as it was a bank Holiday weekend and the wife wanted to go away. Missing Villa as we are visiting my sister that weekend. Pretty much done all the rest. Got a Wolves ticket and will also get an Everton one. I won't be doing that many next season, especially the London and South Coast ones.

I finished the 92 at Everton in the Cup which was great. I will lose less in the cut off this season than I did last year and am now pretty much gauranteed phase 1 for every game. I will use that to miss a few next season. I was in phase 2 for Brentford, Oxford and Bournemouth by 1 or 2 pts this season and got all three. I knew at the start of the season I needed Brentford for the 92 so tried for every away game to keep my pts as high as possible but it wasn't enough to get into Phase 1 for that match. I was 1 point off.
Re the lad who got banned and was sorting out tickets for people.

I personally know one lad who got tickets from him last season and all through this season. He does not have a season ticket and is a self professed Arsenal fan. He went away because his group of mates are Sunderland fans and they all got tickets through the lad who got caught.

Its not true that that lad was helping lifelong Sunderland fans. He was selling to anyone who produced the cash. The Arsenal lad thought he had a ticket for Newcastle away but it was one of the ones removed. He has admitted his Sunderland away days are probably now over.

That's quite the accusation.

Its just an opinion from reading the oast few pages.

Digging up minutes from a Chelsea meeting from 2022 isnt really relevant to SAFC 2026.

Just an opinion
He’s right to call them out and give context to his previous dealings, I mean that letter he posted was very positive, he’s been constrained imo given how he has been treated

How do you know he was selling to anybody who had cash .who else apart from the arsenal supporting safc fan got tickets from him
He’s right, though  Luton (A) in the play offs the perfect example of tickets going to some who probably didn’t deserve them.
U probs right was this the game safc 2012 was contacted by the ticket office to get rid of tickets 2 days before the game

I am presuming you have facts to back this up, as this is one hell of an accusation.

Difficult to see whos responsible for what these days, maybe thats intentional.

That’s why they need the CEO with overall responsibility.

People think the owner lives and breaths every decision at the club…he doesn’t he leaves most executive decisions to the executives. Its actually the big mistake Short made.

KLD has a big business empire now and lives in Switz … he’s no where near day to day decisions.

The sooner we get a CEO who everyone else reports to the better as people are going rogue where clearly they don’t understand the differences between a club in the centre of London and provisional city in the poorest part of the country.

I know KLD has positive intent but he’s got to ensure all his executives are singing off the same hymn sheet and get the culture of SAFC.

There's been several posts in this thread from individuals who have said they've been helped out or family/friends sorted with tickets without the required BCPs or been aware of it happening....It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone but that is taking nothing away from what the lad has done to help the club and fans out over the years...something's changed and whether that's solely the Prem rules or not, it's come to a head and he's been stopped providing tickets.

I know of no Arsenal fan that’s been to all our away games like and I’ve travelled with him for 2 seasons. I imagine that’s the type of thing that would be hard to keep quiet too as people would be ribbing him about certain things, particularly when we played them. Not doubting you but I find that strange.

And even if that were true, there’s countless stories on here alone where he has helped out lads fans, way more than one potential ‘Arsenal’ fan that’s the first anyone has heard of like. So to say it’s ’not true’ he’s helping lads fans out is disingenuous at best

Judging by some posts desperate to defend an individual, plenty on here don’t know the half of it
Tell us what you know then so we are as educated on it as you.

The people defending him seem to be doing so with evidence of the work he’s done. The rest have seen what little the club and the supporter groups have done and called that out, that’s all I have seen but my eyes and ears are open to more facts if you have them.
