Wolves (A)

Disagree completely, I have 50+ points and have been to quite a few this season, next season I will be changing as in doing the ones I did not do this season, I have a life away from football, and as much as I love my away days, I also love doing other things. - IF we do stay up next season, the novelty period will massively drop off, fact

Absolutely correct, and then what will the closed shop gang have to twist about.....
I'm sorry I've derailed this thread like, but there is no novelty period, people just like going to PL away games. You're over 50 points so average probably 12/13 away games in the last 4 years, I can't see why that will drop off next season.

In mid-July when our first away day goes on sale I guarantee it doesn't get near season ticket holders.

From a selfish point of view, I hope you’re right and some people do stop and it gives me more a chance to go. Last 5/6 years my finances have meant I can’t get to as many (maybes 3/4 a year) but I’m hoping to be able to start again regularly. Villa takes me to 20, I’m hoping Wolves drops down far enough to get there too, but can’t see Everton getting that low. I lose 6 at the end of this season, so be down to 14/15. If demand drops off, hopefully I can sneak a few early doors and start building up
Demand will 100% drop. There’s a few I won’t bother with next season after making sure we missed nothing this year

That they can only get Brighton and less popular aways - why can't they get Leeds/Newcastle/Man Utd etc

I went to add a friend to my friends and family so I can buy him his Wolves ticket but when adding now you have to input a "personal approval code" which is a 3 word code account holder has, seems to be a new function. Only thing is I cant see how you set this code in your account to then share with the person trying to add you there friends and family. Anyone know anything about this, I assume it's a safeguard to prevent you being added to other groups without your knowledge.

Are you on a wind up, come on then, explain to me why they should "Just be able to go to Newcastle/ Man U" etc, looking forward to hearing this

You can not guarantee anything though, can you, lets be honest!! Yes there is a novelty period, always has been in my time of away games c30 years and always will be.

Not sure if it's came across well but I'm just saying what next seasons argument will be when demand drops and they can get some games but not the mot popular ones

Wasn't aimed at you in any way - I agree with you!

Sorry to hear about your finances in the past mate, hopefully things do improve on that front going forward.

Not only you lose 6, I lose 14 so we are ALL in the same boat there pal

That answers that 1 then

Sussed it. In your own account you now have a reveal code in friends and family. You reveal this and the person trying to add you to there account inputs your 3 word code. Seems you can generate new ones as well if you want to.

Saw that earlier - no idea how it works like

The popular ones in League 1 and the Championship were always over-subscribed and then thats when the closed shop brigade started crying on, I went to Cardiff away first game at a 12-30pm KO, there was no out-cry for people wanting tickets for that, was there

I genuinely do not understand what is difficult here, I have a Tesco loyalty card, the more I go to Tesco, the more I get "rewards and points" Unfortunately, as is life, some people do not shop as much, hence called a loyalty card.

Loyalty points at SAFC are no different, the more you "shop" the more rewards you get, what is the issue??
If that was the first game of the promotion season, it didn't even sell out.
It was no-where near sold out mate, but the closed shop gang don't wanna travel c 6hrs to Cardiff, they just stamped their feet at not getting tickets for Leeds / Boro away later that season

Yeah I was there too!

Did it in a day leaving at some ridiculous hour in the morning as only got back from holiday the Wednesday before

Like people have said - those are the games you have to attend to build up your points for the chance to go to Leeds/Man Utd etc

Nope it didn't - remember stewards said you could just sit where you want as loads of spare seats (and there was)

Those were the games you had to attend to build points, that option no longer exists.

There is a new 'choose tickets for me' option that is probably quicker than best available. Have a practice on the women's hame currently on sale so you can see how it works
Just had a look at this, doesn’t seem to be an option on desktop only mobile, does seem to be a lot quicker mind wonder if it’s to help mobile users, did notice it always picks seats on the row nearest the front.

Assume once you’re at the review your order page they can’t be taken by anyone else, and you could then continue shopping and try to select better seats should you wish.
