Artemis 2 Going back to the moon.

Was 13 when Armsrong set foot on the moon. Had stayed up all night to see the moment.Thought back then I'd be walking on the moon myself in ten years or so.

For a little while the whole planet was as one.

Those days are so long gone.

2 am I think.

9 eastern in the US
my mistake

caught a glimpse earlier and thought it was 2am ,
he'll be spouting all sorts of shite about this but will be wondering why he cant tape a bomb to it and target any fker in seconds
He’ll be rattled to fuck about the diversity of the crew anarl, especially the fact ones a Canadian.

Has anyone found a decent live tracker for Artemis? Best I found is but it's really flaky as to what is actually 'real time'.

Sat in the school hall crossed legged for me. Crackers.
This is a common one for the Mandela Effect, particularly in the U.K.

The Challenger launch and explosion took place after school hours. It was just before Newsround. But many people claim to have seen it in classrooms and school halls.

It was the 25th shuttle launch so I doubt it would have been shown even if it was in school hours. I was 12 at the time and I certainly hadn’t seen any of those 25 launches shown live at school.

There was a teacher on board. Christa macaulif. Hence the presence of an apple on the mission badge.

I was the same age and can remember clearly that Newsround had the breaking news. It wasn't even John Craven but a stand-in presenter

Nasas eyes on the solar system site is the goto site for anything like that, its tracking every object. You can even see where the original voyagers are for comparison.

Having read, watched and listened to so many programs and books on challenger this is something I've pondered a few times, how did I watch it. I know as the 25th launch it was unlikely live here but the teacher in space program certainly made it more prominent. As mentioned above, I'll have seen/heard via newsround.
