The lad has struggled with MH in the past and will probably be mortified that this has seen the light of day, hopefully this thread can just be deleted and wiped from the memory.

Aye. People seem to forget this lack of professionalism is what ruined us in the past. I hope he's alright but it's behaviour we need to steer clear from imo.

The same Rooney who was finished by about 31?

Don't think its a huge deal this but its not great for him, especially in a contract year when hes likely to be looking for a new club.

Obviously if he hadn’t been on the Marlboros and kebabs he could have been even better and for longer. Tbh though looking at him now I’m convinced he was really 21 when he claimed to be 16, aged like fish

The club never stated what it was and he obviously made that remark about 'stinking the place out' after the playoff final which I read was more general than the actual mistakes in the match. There was also rumours of him retiring from the game. I hope he can get his head in the right place but the video (not seen it) isn't a good look given previous issues.

There were rumours that the reason he was dropped for Sheffield Wednesday away was because he'd been caught drink driving.
