Look North/Tyne Tees Coverage ***Europa League Special***

Then do something with that anger and complain to our elected police commissioner and Northumbria Police. Doing nothing means nothing changes, I have complained and got a response from Northumbria Police but haven't read the email yet.

I am also complaining to the BBC about the lack of coverage and glossing over the racism and attacks on our fans.

BBC complaint submitted:

"There was some racism, which was regrettable, as was the goalkeeping for Sunderland's first goal"

Is this seriously the extent of your reporting into a racist incident at St.James Park which caused a match to be paused under the racism protocol for the first time?

Were the videos of Sunderland supporters being attacked with bottles and the windscreen of the team coach being put out not worthy of inclusion in your report?

Why did the presenters speak as though they were at a funeral?

Why did this item rank so low on your schedule when ITV Tyne Tees had it as the main story and featured interviews with anti-racism spokespeople?

I rather suspect that, if these acts had been committed by Sunderland fans instead of Newcastle the content would have been vastly different.

This is the most biased reporting and is verging on Trump-level propaganda.

I look forward to your explanation as to why you seem to consider racism not important.
