Look North/Tyne Tees Coverage ***Europa League Special***

Sunderland will make Europe at this rate As if we Havnt been the better team all season, above them for most of it and beat them twice Yes it would be a shock Dawn if that Fooking happens

So let's just get this right.
A Sunderland players is racially abused the day after the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Abuse. The club reports this matter to Northumbria Police and the Premier League which may well result in sanctions against Newcastle United or possibly a criminal conviction against some of their fan base. This story is picked up by the national media and is likely to be followed up when investigations are complete.
The North East BBC news deems this not to be a significant enough story to be made lead article.
F**k me, the lot of them should be sacked.
The bloody game was stopped for this fgs!!!!

All the national papers leading on racism and the local BBC dismisses it with a silly little joke comparing it to poor goalkeeping. We had violence, hails of missiles and the Sunderland bus smashed and no mention. That is shocking from the BBC.
Am not surprised by local BBC, but the thing that is worse in my opinion was reports of the police saying everything passed off without much incident.
Trumpesque in seeing video of something but not acknowledging it and spouting random bollocks.
