I wonder if the previous seasons cup runs has gave the ownership/manager an incorrect take on fans expectations of the cups.
We've never gone past the first game in years and no one's has been hugely bothered because in the lower leagues we weren't likely to get far anyway and promotion was way more important to us.
Now we are here though, those priorities have changed and a cup run would be perfect especially with the league looking like mid table and relegation improbable.
I think they misjudged this game and got it completely wrong. Hopefully they learn from it.
Need a good performance tomorrow to rid people of the memory of last week and get us in the right mind for mag slaying again.

12500 possts in less than 4 years or circa 60 posts a week suggests your input is emotionally driven and ill considered.
My input in 20 years is more restrained to around 2 posts a week. I only post when i believe I have a valid point to make
