My pal is now being quoted £100 more than originally told on Monday by email😏😏😏

Ps this is not a criticism of u btw !
 
Bought mine yesterday - £50 or so more than last season for me and the bairn. Surely they can’t ask for more money?

Those who went in asked if the club would be making an updated statement on the prices and they said it's not for them to do that

Surely all departments are in contact with each other

The 3 phase loyalty price is a good idea, but the communication for the renew has been poor

As mentioned by Hetty it's in the Season Ticket renewal thread as people were saying a different price to others in red sections. It's also been pointed out that fans have been quoted higher prices than they should. I debated whether to post this in a new thread to make more fans aware but didn't as some have me on ignore so just posted it in the thread as sometimes they see quotes.

Season card - No Auto Renew

Just been to the ticket office, they confirmed an error of East stand prices. Price published Mon night was incorrect, price showing on your account is now correct, anyone buying Monday night will be contacted and charged the extra amount. Ask why no statement or apologies issued and was told...

I even thought about asking in the post if a mod (@Pancho to be honest) deems it worthy to have a thread they could start called "Check if you've paid the correct price for your Season Ticket" and having it as a sticky for a few days so people are aware. I didn't bother asking either but if it's deemed worthy and helpful then someone (@Hetty) feel free to copy and paste the image from the link so it's not hidden amongst a thread so more people see it.

From what I see the price for red sections U4/U5/U6 were shown lower prices. Those who were shown higher were due to moving seats in last few seasons and possibly having a new Supporter ID and maybe even changing age bands but nothing confirmed. The red section under pricing is an easy fix as it's a full section but will the club be able to find all those who've possibly renewed unknowingly at a higher price?

Reading through a few threads has got me paranoid and wondering if I need to go to the ticket office and check the prices I've signed up for are right.

I've had a season ticket at the SoL since it opened and I think mines right but the bairns had one for the last three seasons so not sure if hers should be cheaper.

Now I'm thinking do I shut my mouth incase they put it up. 🤣🤣🤣
 
Am in U5. And sorted mine for £661.50 on Monday. My mate who is the seat next to me has went on tonight and it’s £716.50. Judging by this I’m gonna get contacted and the price is £716.50?

Worst thing for anyone to do if they think they've got away with it being cheaper is just leave it.

Yes they should be in touch with you but make sure it's sorted before April 11th.

There's more info here so anyone aware of it, pop a reminder in your phone calendar for a couple of weeks or longer but before April 11th to make sure it gets sorted and not cancelled!

You must be logged on to see this Does that mean it will go up in price for you again next year or will that not affect you? I'm not sure what the official retirement age is next year, but means I will have to wait until 67. That's a good point as it's transitioning to 67 from April this...

It blows my mind that someone within the club thought a ticket office which struggles to handle away tickets (which they do 19 times per season) was going to be able to handle bespoke season ticket prices for 39,000 fans. A great idea in theory provided they had a competent ticket office in place.
