Nilson Angulo

i reckon this is one for cameos rest of this season. Can play both wings which is great flexibility to have
Nah, he's here to start straight away imo. Number 10 shirt, Le Bris speaking very highly of him. Not tomorrow maybe but definitely for the rest of the season. Le Bris normally talks about a player needing time...yesterday Le Bris was saying Angulo was fit, has played many games this season and could be involved at Arsenal....no settling in talk from Regis.

There's a chap two rows in front of me who sports a Paul Weller "Jam" haircut and never watches more than 65 - 70 minutes of any home game.
He's always late into his seat, up and out on 25 minutes (for a pee, presumably) - then again on 40- 42 mins.... late back after second half kicks off. Off again (presumably for another pee) on the hour and then he leaves on 85 or so.
Everyone on his row is up and down - and the guys behind him. Such a pain.
He should be strapped to his seat and shot with shit.
Going Underground? That would be a good place for him!
Think I've seen the guy. Restless, a right jumpy jack: I mean, the bugga's down in the tube station at midnight!

Interesting comments from Regis about wingers asked to defend getting stuck in the role and losing the energy/ability to go forward in the game too . Looks like some can play two roles but not in the same game , this lad being an exception.

Looking at the nerdy stats he ranks highly in things like tackles, interceptions, clearances, recoveries, even fouls committed. I think this is what will get him in our team quickly, clearly not shy about getting stuck in and chasing back.

Hoy him straight in on Saturday. Sunderland win, Angulo winner. I can see it now as first game on MOTD with a post-match package on how amazing our recruitment is.

I like this fella who make senses.
He makes some good points in the video but also there's a few points I don't agree with:
  • I don't think he's been brought in to just sit on the bench all season
  • While the Bellingham sale helped fund the summer it only in reality it was less than a quarter of our outlay so I don't think we'd be in Burnley's position without it
  • He refers to Le Fee as a winger throughout the video and when he's been just filling a hole there for us, which Angulo will now fill.
