F1 2026

The test is private and has no mainstream media.

However, all the teams are covering the event and will release footage as it suits them.

It's really weird, you can't watch it live and they have people stopping fans from taking photographs around the circuit but I'm sure the highlights are on sky sports tonight.

The secrecy behind the test is bizarre.
The Race apparently got moved on from a local hillside by private security. Poor old Edd Straw was probably close to a coronary walking up a hill, and for what!

One side of it is it protects their image somewhat if they have serious reliability issues. But I've no doubt there's something of a viral marketing angle to it as well.

Cadillac Haas Audi Red Bull VCARB Mercedes

Cadillac managed very few laps and Audi didn't reemerge after Colapinto broke down on track this morning

Hadjar quickest by half a second. That's it, I'm calling it, Red Bull have won this ruleset. Verstappen five in a row.
Isaac will beat Max ( god I wish ) and Kimi will beat George !!

Drivers feedback from today in terms if car size and handling is really positive and has me hoping this rule set will allow Lewis to enjoy driving again

Is the engine roumers true? R time will tell.. The last time i paid interest in tests was the whole merc no side pods... As it looked great.. then ended in disaster
