Glasner

The hypocrisy from his is stinking “we’ve been abandoned” says the man who is abandoning ship

Had talkshite on on the way home and palace fan morning about no one being signed, why would you agree to play for a club where the manager is 100% gonna be different next year, affords no certainty, no plan
Manager is going, best player being sold and best striker wants out. They're an uncertainty for next season.

They should keep him there
He wants the 6 month pay out
Like a petulant child last few days
If it’s so bad for him why doesn’t he just resign?, oh no it’s got a bit tough so I’ll call my employers out in public so they’ll pay me up

Its a sad situation not only for Palace but for clubs like us. We all want a season like Palace had last year but they seem to have imploded as a result. Victim of their success, they won the cup but within a year the captain, the goalscorer and manager of the cup winning team will have left
Where we hope to be different, is in recruitment. Sell our players but have the replacement already.

Hierarchy don't like the truth or their credibility brought into question. If they sack him they will be left with even more egg on their faces.
Why would they? The manager has openly downed tools, told people he is off.

Palace fans on x seem to want him sacked

Palace need to be careful, 10 games without a win they could be in a death spiral. The bottom 2 places in the league are taken with Wolves and Burnley, they need to start winning soon or they could be dragged into a relegation fight for the third position.
Third bottom can still get 50points!😁

Maresca, Amorim and Glasner all doing the new strategy for talking yourself into getting a pay off.
This
It’s why people need to stop the sympathy when managers are peddled, only industry in the world where incompetence can set them for life, plus when the payday is wafted in their nostrils please see Alex Neil and Rob edwards they are off in a craic

Made a mess of the Europa Conference, didn’t have a big enough squad for the extra games then failed to qualify so got two additional games.
And Macclesfield.

Don't know why he expects them to keep Guehi and lose him for nowt in the summer just to appease a manager that's f***ing off then anyway.
He’s claiming that it’s the timing of the sale that’s his issue - day before a game after they’ve trained all week working on a defensive unit.

Apparently the same happened when Eze left

Don't think he has downed tools, he was upset by the defeat yesterday.
Hes came out publicly and said hes leaving in 4 months time, despite not wanting that public when he told the club in October.

He wants to be sacked. Hes slagged off the players on his bench yesterday and there will be a malaise at the club now its announced that hes leaving.

Palace considering sacking him according to SSN. It was a pretty explosive interview post match, doesn't seem a happy camp at all. Quite mad how quickly it has changed from the FA Cup win.

Just goes to show how success is fleeting, particularly in the PL.

Convenient excuse. He threatened to walk of they sold Guehi on August. Blokes a whopper

Of course they are. And it’s what he wants. He said what he said because he wants to be sacked rather than walk.

I reckon he fancies the Spurs job.
This ^

I think he may have looked at Man U and Chelsea and thought he was better qualified than the eventual appointees - and the Spurs job looks increasingly imminent.

If it’s true that he told Parrish, in private, that he wouldn’t sign a new contract as far back as last October, then the club could easily have sacked him at anytime after that - based on the need for long term planning.

I agree he’s looking for a way out early - probably to line up his next move. I wonder what Man United make of this outburst

I bet Brennan Johnson is whishing he had a 30 day cooling off period inserted in his transfer. I thought they looked pretty good first half and he appears to have taken the huff big time.

really weird..obviously theyll sell Guehi or lose him for free, its common sense, whats he bitching about? didnt they just buy some big money winger too? weird fella
