Early Leavers - Again!

Complacency has set in .Early on in season barely anyone was leaving the more that stay till the end the better it can make a huge difference to our team

Why does this still bother people, surely YOU go to watch and enjoy the game not watch people leaving.
It doesn't matter what others do it's not harming anyone.

Get over it.

We’re in the NWU and it seemed ok. Palace fans were poor apart from the few mins that they had the lead
I think up there you get a bit of back and forth don’t you, and if I’m honest the NWU has surprised me this season with the atmosphere up there. Long may it continue.

Sorry but I was one of the early leavers today, as I have done for each 3pm kick off this season. My wife has been in hospital since the 15th August and to get back to Bishop Auckland hospital for visiting time of 6pm I have to leave early. When kick off times allow I have stopped until after the game has finished.

Don’t justify what you leave early for to anyone but yourself, especially on here.

Don't think those moaning about it are on about people like you tbf. People who have family commitments or work can't really be helped.

Its more the whoppers like the bloke who used to sit in front of me last season. He'd leave every game at 80 minutes. Then when we left after full time, he was still standing on the concourse watching the tvs etc or milling around the door. Totally weird.

Definitely something changed today. First home game this season that didn't feel like an event.

I think we all turned up expecting a win, myself included, and that manifested in a pretty lacklustre atmosphere for a lot of the game

If we were fighting relegation and had got 3 points we would have been elated at the end but really it felt a bit "routine"

Amazing how quick expectations change

It wasn’t happening at the beginning of the season. People’s expectations change and it appears the novelty has worn off for some.
I know someone from work who leaves a minute before extra time for every single game to ‘beat the traffic’ cos she walks slow. She listened to the Ballard goal on the radio for fucks sake 🤣

If I suggested to my daughters that we leave early for any game they wouldn’t forgive me as they are loving every single minute of this.
