Sheff Wed - financial issues

I hope this proud old club gets back to where it belongs. It’s an absolute disgrace how these awful owners of clubs have been allowed to buy them in the first place
There needs to be some vetting in place before someone can buy a club. Too many uncommitted owners out there who treat it it purely as a business and have no connection with the fans or the culture. Countries, like Saudi Arabia should not be allowed to buy players.

Aye deals the relegation of it wasn’t already but personally see it as better for them than remaining under Chansiri with half a shot at staying up

I know the EFL will say this is the rule and it's there for good reason but f'chrissake, how does it really benefit anyone?

They're trying to find a new owner and this won't help one iota.

And, as said above, Chansiri should be banned for life from owning an English club. That's surely evident to all?
Punishing the club for having a shit owner that the EFL approved in the first place.

They didn't have issues with chansiri at first so I'm not sure how the EFL wouldn't have approved him
So why aren’t the EFL looking at themselves now rather than giving another points deduction to Sheff Wed for having the temerity to have an EFL approved owner?

Hopefully they can have a fresh start next season in L1. They should do what we did and buy mainly young players, the fans have proven they are patient, just need an owner who can manage the club well and the only way is up.
