I've booked Grand Central trains for Spurs at a total cost of £68 with old git's rail card (can be rearranged for a £10 admin fee, so a no brainer for me).Just wish they'd get things sorted so we can get trains booked for spurs before the train fares go astronomical.
Forgive me if I’m wrong but do you not have to make up the difference from what you paid to the new fare aswell ?I've booked Grand Central trains for Spurs at a total cost of £68 with old git's rail card (can be rearranged for a £10 admin fee, so a no brainer for me).
It would, but it won't happen imo.If Leeds gets moved to boxing day and no public transport, wouldn't it be refreshing to see the club organise some busses. Say one from Middlesbrough area. One from Manchester area..one from Northumberland. Speak to the branches and do a few pick ups along the way. Would cost pennies for the club but would be a fantastic gesture

Yes you have to pay the difference if the new ticket is more expensive.Forgive me if I’m wrong but do you not have to make up the difference from what you paid to the new fare aswell ?
Aye I'm sure it's doable but we didn't even get that when the club took the TV money and shifted Sheffield United to NYD and then tried to lure fans in with a loyalty point. As if the loyalty point would make some transport magically appearYou could filter the season ticket database by post code and find those areas with high volumes of season tickets and get in touch with them about it. Would take a bit of work but If I worked there I'd be happy to spend a day doing it. 36000 ST holders... Probably 6 thousand (?)outside of SR post codes and tyneside / Durham
Wouldn't take that much working out.
With funds significantly better than previous years would be a fantastic thankyou to fans whove suffered loads of shite. If Leeds gets moved to boxing day and no public transport, wouldn't it be refreshing to see the club organise some busses. Forgot about that bit!Yes you have to pay the difference if the new ticket is more expensive.

Forgot about that bit!
I thought so, it's a pity LNER don't adapt the same policy as Virgin had years ago where if a game got moved you could change your booking F.O.CYes you have to pay the difference if the new ticket is more expensive.

Lots of families together and not working. Obviously not as easy for tickets this season, but it was often a game for families to go togetherI don't get the fascination with Boxing Day, its a shit day public transport wise. I hope the Leeds game is on the 27th.
Aye same mate. Remember Blackburn at home on Boxing Day 3 years ago was 12:30 kick off so I got the metro as there's still a Sunday service until early evening. 5:30 or later will have to be the car. Still prefer Saturday 3:00 to any other time likeI don't get the fascination with Boxing Day, its a shit day public transport wise. I hope the Leeds game is on the 27th.
My dad always said great to get out of the house after being in all Xmas day. I enjoy it cos it’s always a good day for few beers too and can wear some new aftershave!I don't get the fascination with Boxing Day, its a shit day public transport wise. I hope the Leeds game is on the 27th.
