This is why I can’t understand people saying he’s a good appointment, no appointment is going to be good if those above stay the same. They need a full clear out of the club and a brand new philosophy brought in but they won’t dare do it.

They get 50k or so every home game and should be in Europe every season, there is no reason they can’t sign the likes of Hume, Clarke, Isador, Onien, Ballard like we did in league 1 and the championship. They need to accept they will be a selling club and a stepping stone and it’ll take a couple years but currently they are a joke any Rohl will just be another failure if nothing changes.

No i dont because its not a tradition at Sunderland.

I cannot believe there are grown adults on here that struggle with the concept of tradition like. It blows my mind.
