Time for Brobbey to start against Chelsea?

It’s an understandable concern but it’s very early days. He’s had an awful 12 months or so personally and is probably not quite match fit. Hopefully he’ll start showing what he can do soon.
Signed Connelly last year with his personal issues.

Whenever our players develop personal issues the club needs to support them (eg Alex Rae, Grant Leadbitter). However, that does not mean we should sign players who already have them imo.

Brobbey is third in my thinking just now

There is an argument for what you say and that Mayenda is more physical for the first hour
Have been disappointed with Mayenda out of possession. Coming on late in the game he should not look like he is conserving energy.
Agree ,but if Blobby isnt good enough then we need goals adding to the team .We have already needed our defenders to score for us .As it stands I dont see enough goals in our present strikers and wingers.
Or midfielders
Not when he's chasing back to his own box and winning the ball back it isn't, like Saturday; it's like playing with 12 men.

He's class
When Isidor scored our third goal against West Ham he started his run from our box.

I do agree but he needs a goal ..3 goals scored is nothing to be sniffed at but the longer he goes without one the harder it is going to be for him confidence wise
he was fine smashing it in just the last game - no confidence problems there - just a minor offside stopped him - he has no confidence issues

3 goals in eight games games - which by the way, includes at least two he didn’t start in - puts him on track for about 14 goals across the season.

If he scores that many, in this league, he’ll be worth £60m.

Assume the poster means if Isador has to part way for a player then mayenda has done more, rather than saying Isador should be dropped? Isadors movement has been excellent this season and deserves to start.
Exactly this
yes, but Mayenda is still very young. His time will come,we have a special player when he is on prime.
He is but I think he’s shown more than Brobby (in his limited time here but also his time at Ajax)

It’s only 3 games without a goal …. Forest, Man U and Wolves (when he was a fanny’s hair width offside when scoring)
