What spices are in the the Lamb sausages mate.?Big fat spicy lamb sausages with a homemade Mediterranean vegetable mix will be going in the oven anytime now. Some halved shallots and a few garlic cloves hoyed in too.

The sausages were called Merguez Lamb Sausages and contained cumin, harissa and chilli.
Too far for you to travel my friend as they are from Campbell’s of Leyburn in North Yorkshire who have a fantastic range of bangers!
Apart from the ones labelled “Toon Toon” which is probably punched horse meat.

We always have a simple reason on a Friday. Today it was a fried egg sarnie. In a morning roll, which you just can't get the same down there. Tomato sauce and a bit salt. Delicious.
