Newcastle United 🇸🇦 v 🔴 Liverpool EPL Sky Sports Main Event/Sky Sports Premier League Kick off 20:00

Don't Newcastle consistently have one of, if not the lowest "ball in play" times in the PL?

I'm not having a go, it works, but their game plan is clearly built around shithousing, niggly fouls in the opposition half to stop counters where they are less likely to receive cards, and creating chances off set pieces.

It is.

It's awful to watch.

Its self fulfilling. Instead of supporting their team last night, they spent most of match cheering any Liverpool mistakes or tackles, especially fouls. They even booed Virgil van Dijk for the remainder of the game after having the temerity to get assaulted by rat boy.
You can be fired up and physical but you have to keep your heads. It worked against them last night. Any sort of composure they’d have won that game.

They were singing Gornods name after he crippled VVD. Went very quiet when the ref went over to the monitor.

Some of the false equivalences too. The Gravenberch one is never ever a red card, nor is the Joelinton one a Penalty. But in their tiny minds everything has to be equal to what was, quite frankly, a disgraceful and dangerous tackle from Gordon.

This “everyone is against us” only gets you so far
Gets you as far as the Premier League accepting an illegal takeover.
Only when it suits their agenda
You'd think people didn't watch football. VAR will ask the ref to have another look if it is deemed appropriate. It will not make the decision for the ref. I mean the fact the ref goes over to look himself should be a big clue

I didn’t see the game and I’ve only seen the brief Sky highlights, so I wonder… Why was Newcastle’s third goal disallowed?
