***Burnley FC v Sunderland AFC Premier League Kick Off 3pm Match Thread***

Waiting for the SACK RLB to start - especially when typical Sunderland do what theyll do on Tuesday. bad day move on - simple.

Hugely disappointing today after such a promising start. It’s almost a mirror image of last week, with us taking on the role of West Ham. Timid, lacking in ideas and soft at the back.

Two more signings required and Mukiele to come into the side when fit. Find a way to get Le Fee in to the starting XI.

Been utterly abysmal. Played like we did in the last few games of last season before the play offs. Created fuck fuck all and players just strolling around.

We've been shite aye, but some of you in here need to take a long hard look in the mirror if you think its going to be like last week every week. Get a grip man

Could be a blessing in disguise this, should show them that we need a striker who can finish the bread and butter chances

Our style is going to be very shite against teams that sit behind the ball and put the onus on us to break them down. Eg Burnley.

There’s very little creativity in that team. We will look good playing on the break. Eg West Ham second half.

I still stand by there isn’t enough goals in that team

The wingers will be lucky to get ten between them
It’s Burnley no other team will play like that against us and if we’d had taken that chance in the first half the whole game changes as they would t have been able to have sat in. It’s about tiny margins on another day we score that chance they come out and we pick them off. On to the next and hopefully a centre back signs early in the week.

Decent-ish first half. Second half has been abysmal. Diarra anonymous. As others have said, walking pace.
