This lad is your brick shithouse. I was expecting someone who could pass to replace O'Nien as a starter. This chap looks fine if there is someone else to come in next to him. Him and Ballard would be a bit lumpy

We’ve definitely targeted a couple of ball players, so if this lad is to come in I’d expect the other to be better on the ball

Alderete is Ballard but better, always near the top of the defender charts in La liga
 
The wording of that tweet is weird, it’s like he’e expecting a move to happen shortly but can’t say more than clubs are linked.

Seems like one of those random tweets you see not long before Fabrizio chimes in with a here we go. Might be totally wrong but I think this one could happen

he’s a sneaky ball player. Getafe averaged second least possession in la liga despite finishing 8th. He’s brilliant at defending the box but you can see his progressive passes are only just below lucumi, despite them averaging 17% more possession, so he does have an eye for a pass

perfect for the system?

Is say the only issue is pace. Doesn’t look like he’s adding much.

He’s a classic South American warrior defender. Fine with it.
