We have to pray that an established team has a terrible season and we escape by the skin of our teeth.

I still say 16th but my god it’s going to be a roller coaster

The first half a dozen games will determine our future. We have a kind start and need to hit the ground running. With a decent points haul from the opening games and with momentum we could do well. Lose most of them and we will be in for a long hard season.
We desperately need to spend about the same again as we already have and further strengthen to give us a chance.

There are a few teams who could easily be relegation candidates. We have just as much chance of staying up as any of those, even just on marginal gains in goal difference. Hopefully it doesn't go to those extremes though and we are comfortably away from relegation at the end of the season!
