Just as important as the CB’s for me.
Mayenda and Isidor just aren’t clinical enough and won’t get enough goals to keep us up, imo. Both good options, though.
Mayenda will get double figures
I think there’s enough between them to put that slightly down the pecking order
But if we don’t get any CBs it doesn’t matter how many goals we score

Gut feel nothing more, we get this lad and spend circa £20m plus on a CF and I think spend wise would be about done. We may bring in another CH and one other on loan towards the end of the window after RLB has had a good look at Seelt.

When doing my fantasy team noticed Chelsea have a ridiculous amount of centre half’s and looks like their signing another from Ajax , maybe chance to loan one , they loaned chaloboah to palace last season not sure how he did as didn’t follow the prem much
I’d love veiga and he’d be a good loan option if we can’t get lucumi
Him and diakite would be a good partnership, he was meant to go on loan to atletico but it’s stalled

Easy to say when it's not my money, but if the Gazzetto is correct I'd like to see us just pay the extra few million to get this one over the line.
We're absolutely desperate for CB's (and a GK) to be ready to hit the ground running from game one, given how relatively kind our early fixtures are.
