T20 Durham v Leicestershire/ Northants

That must be Durhams best win in this competition considering the importance and without doubt the best batting performance. Lees and Clark both top draw.
Well I thought our best batting performance in memory was against Notts and we've topped it by a mile tonight.

Lees batted like he's been another player in the last two CLS games. Playing so many behind square.

As much as his captaincy leaves a lot to be desired. If you lead from the front with the bat it makes up for it.

Safe to say it's been a highway for the last 3 games.

Think them last two overs from Potts were huge in the end even though I said they were little too late.

We'll take those pricks. No problem.
Problem is our batsman are going to lose all touch playing 50 over. While they've got their lot playing the Hundred so keeping up rhythm.

ECB want to devalue their premium white ball competition though. Both the QFs and finals day scheduled again during an England series.

As everyone knows on here I am usually totally nonplussed by Lees' captaincy but I always maintain he is one of our best ever signings when it comes to batting and that innings tonight ( supported by Clarky) was superb.
Long may it continue.
Your right Gordy he is an idiot.
He's even worse than the previous clown on the mic....and that's saying something.

Got tickets to see Peter Kay at the dark side on Friday 5th September… wife will have to go with sister instead now.
She’s cool with that, too!
Think I’ve got my priorities right.
Absolutely sensational

Yes September 5th Vs Hampshire
T20 finals is on Saturday 13th September, I believe 🤔.
Not giving fans much time to organise Edgbaston trip, a bit unfair me thinks!!!

The game turned with that great effort in their last 3 or 4 overs, excellent from Pottsy, we stayed in the game and then what followed will live long in the memory, That was two astinishing and totally brilliant contributions from our openers with Alex Lees century fully deserved, a touch of class at the end from Bedders too.... a great win that ... and heres hoping we can go all the way.

Brilliant batting performance tonight. Bowling was poor at times but after watching us bat it was clearly a decent wicket.

Lees played proper shots. He's a top order batsman in CC and 1 Day cricket so just needs to stick to his normal game of playing cricket shots as opposed to trying to do daft sweeps and ramps constantly. He's big and powerful to hit through the ball.

Clark great as well, very decent knock as he's has starts but not kicked on as much as we'd hope this year.

Bedingham with the best forward defensive I'll likely ever see in T20
