- I know what you mean but a central contract etc and guaranteed income will be a pulling point. Ultimately I think it's not that they don't care, they have a misguided belief of how it should be played and have created an environment of no accountability.

I think thereās probably an element of echo chamber-ness. When youāre trying to create a culture that everyone buys in to, it can be easy to take it too far and be so narrow minded.

They are good team that's lost 3 massive players though.
This being their first series without them all and a brand new captain. Gill record in this country was dosghite until this series.
We've rolled out the red carpet with them getting the great batting wickets and the best batting conditions twice. I know we won the first one with a massive chase, but we got a gift in both innings should have faced a 600 deficit in that first innings.
Anyway haway England don't bowl shite.
