Started the day with more optimism. Our top order has put paid to that. We should be looking to bat the whole day now and see where we are.

Hope we can bat for the draw. Can't see it though.

Key is wedded to McCullum unfortunately. Yes a great 2022 but it’s been average at best since then. Failing to win the Ashes at home, hammered away in India and losing to a bang average Pakistan away from home.

The whole thing seems to just be based on “vibes”.

I guess through the past couple of years of losing a couple of people my perspective has changed.. and you're right for feeling like that too.

So negative. Smith will get a double tonne, stokes hasn’t had a gladiatorial innings in a while, the worlds best is at the crease.
