You talked about team talks man, let that sink in.
That's before you've dismissed the influence a bloke who has Captained one of the biggest clubs in the world to every domestic trophy and champions League victories, played for England over 80 times and captained them, over 430 PL appearances can have on a squad that has less than 100 PL appearances as a collective.

You're in absolutely no position to be laughing at anyone. The opposite, you're making it easy for people to laugh at you

Spot on, still amazes me as to the level of response from some in how they reply to people’s opinions and that’s all it is. Speakman’s ego might not be able to cope with Jordan Henderson being at the club.

Which is the same as the last 6 clubs who were promoted and got relegated straight away with less than 30 points.

I don't think you're grasping the gulf between the standard of football at all

Rumour was JH wanted to come back earlier and Speakman didn’t encourage it. I appreciate a rumour.

However, this should be the most obvious signing in our history. A local lad who has won it all as captain returning to his hometown town club to play in a young team that is absolutely crying out for some boys and experience.

If it doesn’t happen the only rationale in the decision I can see (rightly or wrongly) is they don’t want a big character questioning them. That is not in the best interests of the club.

And Henserson is the key is he? Someone should tell the rest of the clubs who'll struggle this season too.

Maybe Liverpool will come back in for him, seeing as it's such a no brainer that he'll bring success!

Speakman and the board out for doing such a shoddy job!

As I have said there is a massive difference between Div 2 and Div3 and the premier league.

If we get off to a poor start heads will drop and then that’s when we will need real leadership. Speakman and RLB might rue this decision then. Hopefully, someone at the club will get their finger out to make this happen before it’s too late.
