Worked at a concert venue recently where all F&B was outsourced to a supplier where all alcohol etc and staff were provided by the supplier. The venue earned 15/20 % of F&B sales, so almost £1 a pint income ?

I think the club will earn more than 20%, probably more than 40% due to volume sold. I think they'll get between 2-3 quid per pint sold

I heard someone tell the ticket office queue earlier there’s none left only for wheelchairs and there’s no point queueing if you want a season ticket
