Rightmove Voyeurism

Nice house, awful website. If you tap on anything that is not an arrow on the pictures, then you go back to the landing page. If you look at a picture for more than 2 seconds, the arrows disappear. So if you want to see all pictures you have to do it pretty fast. Who thought that was good UI?
I'm on android, ( Samsung tablet ) the arrows stay on but you can also just run your finger over the picture in the direction you want to proceed .

I think there'll be a few people dreaming of lottery wins tonight and searching for the most expensive house in their local area. This is mine. Canny!

This is the most expensive in my local area. Inside isn't to my taste and needs updating but the house itself and the outdoor space is beautiful.

All these McMansions are so bleak and cookie cutter.
Large but bland.

I really don't like the huge open hallways and massive staircases. I know they are there to give the feeling that you are entering somewhere grand. But the practicalities are coming in with muddy boots and a dog after walking on a winter morning, wanting somewhere to dump a wet coat, etc.

To me these look like the sort of house you have to walk around in quietly, that every step and noise will echo around. That is not a home to me.

Like and endless version of MTV Cribs, every house would have an "entrance way" that opened up to double height anti-room/dining hall.
