Hopefully it's like when it was leaked that MacIntyre was winning Elimination Chamber.

Adam Cole has at least a good facial look, Kyle O’Reilly is the worst looking wrestler of all time, mediocre in the ring doesn’t make up for anything

what did you make of the old British Wrestling? Big Daddy was awful in the ring but seemed a geniune star for a certain part of the audience and a good guy.. and a 70's icon loved by bairns who wasn't a monster :lol: . Adrian Street was street's ahead (pun intended) and Kendo Nagasaki was probably the best gimmick of that era. Mick McManus was a gent ;) and Haystacks wrestled The Big show and almost Hogan and Luger :eek:

I used to watch WOS with my Grandad in the 80s/early 90s. I wasn't really a fan, only enjoyed hearing my grandad saying he'd knackered all of them 😂.

In later years I went back to it. I like how serious it's taken in presentation but it is quite dull. Big Daddy was terrible and he and his brother (the promoter) essentially ended wrestling in the UK. Adrian Street hated Big Daddy for that reason. If you want to see a REALLY stupid WOS match, YouTube Nagasaki hypnotizes Robbie Brookside ... Dear christ 😂

Big Daddy was a poor wrestler but people loved him and he came across as a decent lad... wouldnt buy a box set of his best matches though ;)
Kendo has had a great life like... he helped Gorgeous George through his aids illness.

Giving him the briefcase is a step backwards when they should be looking forwards. He'll get multiple title shots this year without it. Time to elevate someone new.
