Look I know we've done well to finish 4th and all that but I honestly don't think I can go through another season of this, the way we've played in the second half of the season has been absolutely diabolical.

Every single home game has been like this, completely outplayed and pinned in our own half hoping to hang on and maybe nick one on the break.

It's shit beyond belief.
 

I feel like the next thirty minutes or more is about to define the Sunderland career of Le Bris. If this goes wrong, his position genuinely is under threat after tonight.

The approach from the club and the supporters has not been joined up with that of the manager. The club and supporters were optimistic, ambitious, full of positive emotion and the head coach has taken an approach that has done absolutely nothing whatsoever to embrace or lean into it.

The young lads thing is less relevant. Other than Rigg they're mostly in their early-mid 20s now and have a good number of games under their belts now.

It's time to stop playing like kids
