Agree, sometimes I scratch my head with Reggie like. He talks about players not ready etc then doesn’t give the lad any time to get ready. There’s been so many times in games where he could’ve been given 20 mins here and there and he’s just not given the lad any sniff. I’m not surprised he’s supposedly went to Reggie and had a word it doesn’t seem to matter who we play what the score is who’s out the lad just not been given a sniff.

I think the answer is obvious.
The player doesn’t want to stay and, if you watch our games, you can clearly see this in his lack of effort since coming back from injury.
The club are telling you why we won’t be playing him for the rest of the season.
It’s quite remarkable how little he obviously cares about the club he supposedly supports at such a crucial time of the season.

What a grim future we have, merely existing just to bring players through for the big boys. Can't get attached to any player as they'll be gone after a good season. Only the shite will remain and if we don't replace the goods ones then it makes the whole thing pointless

Try Chi Onwurah first she great at raising key issues like this in parliament.
It’s not really it’s just a starting position, buy cheap and young develop them and sell for big profit which then allows you to buy better players who in theory will take you to the next level. Then when you are at the next level you buy better again and hopefully keep them but if you sell them they go for big bucks, done it loads of times on footy manager.
