Because their owners are prepared to put the money in to try and make it happen. Just like Ipswich the year before.
We are relying on Speakman and the rest of our recruitment team to make up for our owners unwillingness to spend when it counts .

People can laugh but we can all see we have been outbid for Cannon. Sheff utd are doing what it takes and we are scrambling around for strikers we don't have to pay for until we get promoted
