Apparently he’s struggling at Roma because of the heat. He’s a very athletic player (possibly box to box midfielder). Big statement by Sunderland to even go after him but we can always dream. Played under Regis so the connection is there

Personally I wouldn't say it's quite so clear cut. He used to receive the ball off the back line a lot for RLB's Lorient, which is more of a Neil thing than a Jobe. The systems aren't identical, so it's hard to transpose over. He had more tempo-dictating responsibility which I would say is more of a Neil thing than Jobe. But he's involved in more phases of play all over the pitch a bit more like Jobe is

Well there's YouTube and then there's EA fc and footy manager. It's highly unlikely they are tuning in to Italian footy matches, where it doesn't look like this lad has been playing

I imagine he’ll play the Neil or Jobe role

I posted his underlying data yesterday and you can see he does everything. So can play anywhere in midfield really

Yes he can for sure, which is why I'd be reluctant to predict what role he might play. It'll depend on where the coaches think he can add most value. That might be using his ability to get around the field or controlling play with his excellent passing or both etc.
