Test Series :: Australia v India

Absolutely fantastic contest this, huge drop (potentially) towards the end by Smith off Webster though. Hilarious really that egotistical twat dived across Khawaja for a one handed catch which was going straight into Khawaja’s hands.

Bumrah is the big question mark now, went to hospital for scans today on an undisclosed injury - haven’t seen any update yet, but if India get a lead of 160 and he’s fit then I fancy India to regain the BGT.

Back spasms for Bumrah

Will Simon Cowell and Amanda Holden pick the BGT winner 🤔

Have they said anymore on his status? Fortunately never suffered one but I know they can be very difficult to overcome in a short space of time. Was questions going into the series about his ability to play 5 Tests in a short period of time. India probably hoped they could rotate at some point but it’s literally been Bumrah or bust for them.

Still no word as far as I can see on Bumrah, the bookies have Australia as fairly strong favourites going into Day 3 (1/3 with most) whilst India are between 2/1 and 5/2 - I see this as an interesting take, I suspect those lines are massively reliant on the status and availability of Bumrah. Despite that, I’ve listened to two separate podcasts today where the Aussie voice thinks India may already have enough now and that a lead of 200 would be far too many.

It’s absolutely mental that despite being 2-1 up in the series, the groundsman has produced a pitch on which 26 wickets have fallen inside 2 days

Boland was cannon fodder in England but a real threat in Australia

Bit like Woakes in comparison to home and away records
