Aye. Better to get home early than miss the goal.![]()
Completely agree. Rigg was really poor and Jobe looked like he was running though treacle second half. Aleksic needs to come in at some point as these are being floggedIn what was a frustrating game , Dan Neil was head and shoulders above above anyone. Best player on the park.
I’ll refer to my original point….. ehHe knows where the corner of the net is, if he changes his body shape as the ball is coming over he doesn't give the keeper a chance. He had the space to do so.
I've been annoyed all week there was even debates going on who starts CB. If people can't see what O9 brings us over Ballard they need to stop watching footballDominating as much as we did, especially first half, and not winning is criminal. We try to walk it in at times.
Another team not half as good as us, but wanting it more, who we couldn’t beat. It’s happening too often.
Ballard has been a liability this season. O’Nien straight back in please.
In the plus side, AA showing he has something to offer and we got a point when it looked like we weren’t going to.

This run of results has been awful for a team chasing promotion
He was excellent irrespective of how poor others were.Jesus wept. Low ceiling
He was probably our best player
The midfield look shot at the minute, bar the much-maligned Neil funnily enough. Not sure what Aleksic is going to have to do to get on the pitch. He looked canny at Millwall and if he can’t get on tonight, he may as well pack his bags
This.
Our biggest issue is we’ve stopped scoring.
We are one deflection away from 8 drawers in a row.
Low ceiling??Jesus wept. Low ceiling
I’m not really one for the Speakman picks the team conspiracy theories, but it is undeniable there is a pattern with us persisting with players way beyond that which their form and performances merit, which spans every manager since Alex Neil.I'm not a fan of Aouchiche and I appreciate we have had many injuries and that's played a part.
But when other sides are making subs, rotating and keeping freshness or a bit of intensity it highlights how keeping our young kids like Rigg on the pitch week in week out (and it was the same with Jobe last year) and the lack of subs so often is a daft approach.
Now Le Bris is clearly realising there's an issue with his form or intensity as he's now taking Rigg off more often, but why not just rotate and try to give him a small break now adn again so when he does play he's more effective?
Exactly mate. We were almost playing a one man midfield the last half hour or so. Rigg looked shot and Jobe wasn’t moving properlyHe looked a bit raw against Millwall, bit rusty but he's bound to be. He also played a few decent balls and you could see a bit of quality in him. I've heard it said he's not been playing at any level though so it's going to be hard for him to adapt.
I think we're pretty much carrying Rogg at the moment so either Aouchiche or Aleksic should be eased in and allow us to give him a breather. Our depth in midfield if we're not utilising Aleksic and Ba (who I also don't particularly rate but who have we got fit) is non existent.
Ballard is still the better centre back out of him and onien.I've been annoyed all week there was even debates going on who starts CB. If people can't see what O9 brings us over Ballard they need to stop watching football
It’s because you regularly criticise him and on a night were you could have identified one of 9 or 10 others before him your first instinct was Dan Neil and finding a negative slant. There were very few good performers on the night.
I hadn’t singled Neil out for any particular criticism. There’s a sensitivity overload when it comes to him and even discussion about his performance. I think he stepped up really well on about 70-75 minutes. I think that intensity should have come earlier. And the rest of the midfield, and side were guilty as well.
Fans have been terrible for weeksThis
On current form he definitely isn’t like.Ballard is still the better centre back out of him and onien.
